Penerapan Manajemen Risiko dan Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Manajemen Investasi

On 2 May 2025, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of OJK Number 12 Year 2025 regarding Implementation of Risk Management and Assessment of the Soundness Level of Investment Managers. This regulation was stipulated to regulate the implementation of risk management and assessment of the soundness level with a risk-based approach for investment managers to avoid or minimize losses from business activities of investment managers that may affect the continuity of their business.
Pada tanggal 2 Mei 2025, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner OJK Nomor 12 Tahun 2025 tentang Penerapan Manajemen Risiko dan Penilaian Tingkat Kesehatan Manajer Investasi. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk mengatur penerapan manajemen risiko dan penilaian tingkat kesehatan dengan pendekatan berbasis risiko bagi manajer investasi untuk menghindari atau meminimalisasi kerugian dari kegiatan usaha manajer investasi yang dapat memengaruhi kelangsungan usahanya.
