Penerapan Tata Kelola bagi Bank Perekonomian Rakyat dan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah
On 14 June 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 9 Year 2024 regarding Implementation of Governance for Rural Banks and Sharia Rural Banks. This regulation was stipulated to increase competitiveness and encourage stable and sustainable growth of Rural Banks and Sharia Rural Banks in line with the development of product innovation and information technology that increases risks in Rural Banks and Sharia Rural Banks.
Pada tanggal 14 Juni 2024, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 9 Tahun 2024 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola bagi Bank Perekonomian Rakyat dan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan mendorong pertumbuhan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat dan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah yang stabil dan berkelanjutan seiring dengan perkembangan inovasi produk dan teknologi informasi yang meningkatkan risiko pada Bank Perekonomian Rakyat dan Bank Perekonomian Rakyat Syariah.
