Tata Laksana Pengelolaan Operator Ekonomi Bersertifikat (Authorized Economic Operator)

On 14 December 2024, the Director General of Customs and Excise stipulated Regulation of the Director General of Customs and Excise Number PER-20/BC/2024 regarding Administrative Procedure for the Management of Authorized Economic Operator. This regulation is stipulated with the aim to stipulate technical guideline for the recognition of Economic Operators as Authorized Economic Operator.
Pada tanggal 14 Desember 2024, Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai menetapkan Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Bea dan Cukai Nomor PER-20/BC/2024 tentang Tata Laksana Pengelolaan Operator Ekonomi Bersertifikat (Authorized Economic Operator). Peraturan ini ditetapkan dengan tujuan untuk menetapkan petunjuk teknis dalam memberikan pengakuan Operator Ekonomi sebagai Operator Ekonomi Bersertifikat (Authorized Economic Operator).
