Mediasi Hak Asasi Manusia

On 7 February 2024, the Chairperson of the National Commission on Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated the Regulation of the Chairperson of the National Commission on Human Rights Number 2 Year 2025 regarding Human Rights Mediation. This regulation is stipulated to regulate the implementation of the human rights mediation function and the resolution of human rights mediation disputes that shall be deemed no longer in accordance with legal developments and institutional needs as well as to optimize the implementation of the human rights mediation function by the National Commission on Human Rights.
Pada tanggal 7 Februari 2024, Ketua Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 2 Tahun 2025 tentang Mediasi Hak Asasi Manusia. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk mengatur tentang pelaksanaan fungsi mediasi hak asasi manusia dan penyelesaian sengketa mediasi hak asasi manusia dipandang sudah tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan hukum dan kebutuhan lembaga serta untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan fungsi mediasi hak asasi manusia oleh Komisi Nasional Hak Asasi Manusia.
