To achieve solid financial system stability through the development and strengthening of the financial sector in Indonesia, on 25 March 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority of the Republic of Indonesia Number 5 Year 2024 regarding Stipulation of the Status of Supervision and Handling of Issues of Commercial Banks.
