Devisa Hasil Ekspor dan Devisa Pembayaran Impor

The deposit, placement, and utilization of foreign exchange from export proceeds into the Indonesian financial system must be carried out effectively in order to support the optimization of the use of foreign exchange from export proceeds. In addition, the use of foreign exchange for import payments needs to be monitored in order to support the optimization of obtaining information on the demand for foreign exchange for national payment. Based on these considerations, on 31 July 2023, the Governor of Bank Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Governor of Bank Indonesia Number 7 Year 2023 regarding Foreign Exchange from Export Proceeds and Foreign Exchange for Import Payments.
Pemasukan, penempatan, dan pemanfaatan devisa hasil ekspor ke dalam sistem keuangan Indonesia perlu dilakukan secara efektif untuk mendukung optimalisasi pemanfaatan devisa hasil ekspor. Selain itu, devisa pembayaran impor perlu dipantau penggunaannya untuk mendukung optimalisasi perolehan informasi permintaan devisa pembayaran nasional. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, maka pada tanggal 31 Juli 2023, Gubernur Bank Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Gubernur Bank Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2023 tentang Devisa Hasil Ekspor dan Devisa Pembayaran Impor.
