EuroCham-SSEK Policy Dialogue Series on Manpower Regulations #4: Guarantee for Laid-Off Workers
- The Government of #Indonesia has issued implementing regulations for the Job Creation Law (Law No. 11 of 2020). Specifically, for the manpower sector, there are several new regulations in place. For the final series of policy dialogue, EuroCham Indonesia, in collaboration with SSEK, will host a discussion on Government Regulation No. 37 of 2021 (GR 37/2021) about the Implementation of Job Loss Security Program.
