KPPU regulatory transformation - a new horizon

To keep up with the rapidly changing business environment and dynamics, the Indonesian Competition Authority, Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha (KPPU) recently issued several new sets of regulations, including KPPU Regulation No. 2 of 2023 on Case Handling Procedure and KPPU Regulation No. 3 of 2023 on Merger Control.
 
The Government of Indonesia also issued Government Regulation No. 20 of 2023 on Non-Tax State Revenue, imposing filing fees for filings made starting from 5 May 2023.

We are pleased to invite you to join a seminar with Ima Damayanti, S.H., M.H., Head of Legal Bureau of KPPU and Erika Rovita Maharani, S.H., Head of Regulatory Drafting Section of KPPU discussing the new regulations and the changes in merger filing procedure and assessment as well as case handling procedure. Harikumar Pillay, a Principal of Baker McKenzie Wong & Leow (Singapore) will join the panel to provide a comparative perspective in handling cross-border merger control assessment, filings and investigations. The sessions will be moderated by Mochamad Fachri and Dyah Ayu Paramita, both Associate Partners in HHP Law Firm.
