Human Resources Committee Virtual Meeting: Ministry Of Manpower Briefing On Expat Worker Regulations


Dear AmCham Members, AmCham Indonesia’s Human Resources Committee, in collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower, will host a Ministry of Manpower Briefing on Expat Worker Regulations, on Oct 29.


Join Ali Chaidar Zamani, SS, Head of Section on Expat Workers Permit in the Services Sector and Devi Angraeni, SSos, Ministry Coordinator for Eligibility Test and Validation of Foreign Workers Utilization Plan (RPTKA) for a briefing and a Q&A session on Government Regulation (PP) 34/2021, Minister of Manpower Regulation (Permenaker) 8/2021, Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation (Permenkunham) 34/2021, and the implications for companies.

The session will be conducted in English and Bahasa Indonesia, and a simultaneous interpreter will be provided.

Ali Chaidar Zamani, SS

Appointed as Head of Section in Directorate of Foreign Worker Utilization Control based on the Decisions on February 2018. He graduated from Universitas Padjadjaran Bandung on August 2008.

He has served as Aide to the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration for the period 2012-2014, Aide to the Minister of Manpower for the period 2014-2018. His civil servant career started in 2011.

He is currently involve in the comprehensive economic partnership agreement negotiation.
