On Aug 2, 2021, President Joko Widodo issued Presidential Regulation (PR) 68/2021, which stipulates that specific ministerial or agency regulations will require the President’s approval before they can be issued. The draft regulations subject to the PR are those that are strategic or pertain to government priorities; have wide-reaching impact on the public; and are cross-sectoral or involve multiple ministries/agencies. Under this regulation, those draft regulations will be given to the President through the Cabinet Secretariat.

For this event, Bapak Purnomo will share information on PR 68/2021: from the contents of the regulation, how it will be implemented, to the progress of the implementing regulation from the Cabinet Secretariat.
