On 7 October 2021, Parliament approved the bill for Law on Harmonized Taxation (UU HPP) as one of the milestones of Indonesia's tax reforms that are currently in the process of being promulgated in the official gazette. The bill addresses six areas: Income tax, VAT, General Tax Procedures, Voluntary Declaration Program, Carbon Tax and Customs.

RSM Indonesia will hold a webinar to discuss and/or provide views of the UU HPP based on the latest draft of the bill.
