AmCham Virtual Event with SATGAS COVID-19: "An In-Depth Look to Vaccine Rollout, Travel Restrictions, and Quarantine Procedure for Expatriates"

Dear AmCham Members and Friends, AmCham Indonesia would like to invite you to participate in an upcoming webinar, “Meninjau Lebih Dalam Peluncuran Vaksin, Pembatasan Perjalanan, dan Prosedur Karantina bagi Warga Negara Asing (WNA).” (An In-Depth Look to Vaccine Rollout, Travel Restrictions, and Quarantine Procedure for Expatriates). The virtual event will be held on March 17 and will be a collaboration between AmCham and the COVID-19 Handling Task Force. This discussion will be conducted in Bahasa Indonesia (we will provide an interpreter) and moderated by AmCham’s Director of Government Relations Gusti Kahari.

In light of these trying times, we recognize the need for transparency and disclosure of COVID-19 mitigation efforts made by the Indonesian government. We hope this webinar will shed light on relevant policies and current government endeavors, and what they would mean for foreigners in Indonesia.

This discussion is a great opportunity for the American business community to meet stakeholders who play a major role in handling the COVID-19 pandemic here. In addition to discussing current issues related to vaccine distribution, the event will encompass travel restrictions and quarantine procedures for foreigners, as well as how the American business community can play a role in COVID-19 remediation efforts.

We believe this event will give further insights on Indonesia’s situation in the midst of the pandemic and help foreign corporations with their long-term business plans.

We look forward to meeting with you at the event and hope you will be able to join us.
