Pemberian Fasilitas Penanaman Modal bagi Pelaku Usaha di Ibu Kota Nusantara

In order to realize Nusantara Capital City as a sustainable city in the world, a powerhouse of Indonesia's economy in the future, and the symbol of national identity, it is fundamental to carry out the acceleration of the construction and development of Nusantara Capital City which is a high priority and has strategic value for the national economy. Based on such considerations, on 6 March 2023, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Government Regulation Number 12 Year 2023 regarding Granting of Business Licensing, Ease of Doing Business, and Investment Facility to Business Players in Nusantara Capital City. The regulation is stipulated as a specific policy for the granting of business licensing, ease of doing business, and investment facility to business players that carry out investment activities and economic activities and/or finance the construction and development of Nusantara Capital City and/or partner regions.
Untuk mewujudkan Ibu Kota Nusantara sebagai kota berkelanjutan di dunia, penggerak ekonomi Indonesia di masa depan, dan sebagai simbol identitas nasional, perlu dilakukan percepatan pembangunan dan pengembangan Ibu Kota Nusantara yang merupakan skala prioritas tinggi serta memiliki nilai strategis bagi perekonomian nasional. Berdasarkan pertimbangan tersebut, pada tanggal 6 Maret 2023, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 12 Tahun 2023 tentang Pemberian Perizinan Berusaha, Kemudahan Berusaha, dan Fasilitas Penanaman Modal bagi Pelaku Usaha di Ibu Kota Nusantara. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan sebagai kebijakan khusus pemberian perizinan berusaha, kemudahan berusaha, dan fasilitas penanaman modal kepada pelaku usaha yang melakukan kegiatan investasi dan kegiatan ekonomi dan/atau membiayai pembangunan dan pengembangan Ibu Kota Nusantara dan/atau daerah mitra.
