Business Activity Standard and/or Product/Service Standard in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Industrial Sector
Standar Kegiatan Usaha dan/atau Standar Produk/Jasa Pada Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko Sektor Perindustrian
On 2 October 2025, the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia Number 37 of 2025 concerning Business Activity Standard and/or Product/Service Standard in the Implementation of Risk-Based Business Licensing in the Industrial Sector. This regulation was stipulated to regulate Business Activity Standards and/or Product/Service Standards in the implementation of risk-based business licensing in the industrial sector. This regulation classifies industrial business activities based on risk level (low, medium-low, medium-high, high) and specifies the type of license required for each risk level, most of which are integrated through the Online Single Submission system.
Pada tanggal 2 Oktober 2025, Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Perindustrian Republik Indonesia Nomor 37 Tahun 2025 tentang Standar Kegiatan Usaha dan/atau Standar Produk/Jasa Pada Penyelenggaraan Perizinan Berusaha Berbasis Risiko Sektor Perindustrian. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk mengatur Standar Kegiatan Usaha dan/atau Standar Produk/Jasa dalam penyelenggaraan perizinan berusaha berbasis risiko sektor perindustrian. Peraturan ini mengklasifikasikan kegiatan usaha industri berdasarkan tingkat risiko (rendah, menengah rendah, menengah tinggi, tinggi) dan menetapkan jenis izin yang diperlukan untuk masing-masing tingkat risiko, yang sebagian besar terintegrasi melalui sistem Online Single Submission.
