Tata Beracara dalam Perkara Pengujian Undang-Undang

On 20 August 2025, the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia stipulates Regulation of the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 Year 2025 regarding Procedure for Cases of Law Judicial Review. MK Regulation 7/2025 was stipulated to accommodate the development in procedural practice and simultaneously meet the legal needs of justice justice-seeking community and parties in proceedings before the Constitutional Court.
Pada tanggal 20 Agustus 2025, Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Mahkamah Konstitusi Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2025 tentang Tata Beracara dalam Perkara Pengujian Undang Undang. Peraturan MK 7/2025 ditetapkan untuk mengakomodasi perkembangan praktik beracara dan sekaligus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hukum bagi masyarakat pencari keadilan dan para pihak dalam beracara di Mahkamah Konstitusi.
