On 30 December 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 49 Year 2024 regarding Supervision, Stipulation of the Status of Supervision, and Follow-up of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Service Institutions as amended by Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 25 Year 2025 regarding Amendment to Regulation of the Financial Services Authority Number 49 Year 2024 regarding Supervision, Stipulation of the Status of Supervision, and Follow-up of Supervision of Financing Institutions, Venture Capital Companies, Microfinance Institutions, and Other Financial Service Institutions.
Pada tanggal 30 Desember 2024, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 49 Tahun 2024 tentang Pengawasan, Penetapan Status Pengawasan, dan Tindak Lanjut Pengawasan Lembaga Pembiayaan, Perusahaan Modal Ventura, Lembaga Keuangan Mikro, dan Lembaga Jasa Keuangan Lainnya sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 25 Tahun 2025 tentang Perubahan atas Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 49 Tahun 2024 tentang Pengawasan, Penetapan Status Pengawasan, dan Tindak Lanjut Pengawasan Lembaga Pembiayaan, Perusahaan Modal Ventura, Lembaga Keuangan Mikro, dan Lembaga Jasa Keuangan Lainnya.
