Perencanaan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup
On 5 June 2025, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 26 Year 2025 regarding Environmental Protection and Management Planning. This regulation was stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 10 paragraph (3) letter a, Article 11, and Article 12 paragraph (4) of Law Number 32 Year 2009 regarding Environmental Protection and Management, as amended several times, most recently by Law Number 6 Year 2023 regarding Stipulation of Government Regulation in Lieu of Law Number 2 Year 2022 regarding Job Creation to Become Law.
Pada tanggal 5 Juni 2025, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 26 Tahun 2025 tentang Perencanaan Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 10 ayat (3) huruf a, Pasal 11, dan Pasal 12 ayat (4) Undang-Undang Nomor 32 Tahun 2009 tentang Perlindungan dan Pengelolaan Lingkungan Hidup sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah terakhir dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 tentang Penetapan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja menjadi Undang-Undang.
