Sistem Sertifikasi Kelapa Sawit Berkelanjutan Indonesia

On 19 March 2025, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Presidential Regulation Number 16 Year 2025 regarding Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil Certification System. This regulation was stipulated with the aim of ensuring that palm oil plantations, downstream palm oil industries, and palm oil bioenergy businesses are socially, economically, and environmentally viable, as well as to increase market acceptance and the implementation of sustainability principles throughout the supply chain of palm oil products and/or derivatives.
Pada tanggal 19 Maret 2025, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Presiden Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2025 tentang Sistem Sertifikasi Kelapa Sawit Berkelanjutan Indonesia. Peraturan ini ditetapkan dengan tujuan untuk menjamin usaha perkebunan kelapa sawit, industri hilir kelapa sawit, dan usaha bioenergi kelapa sawit yang layak secara sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan, serta untuk meningkatkan keberterimaan pasar dan pelaksanaan prinsip keberlanjutan di seluruh rantai pasok produk dan/atau turunan sawit.
