We cordially invite you to join our ICT Committee Roundtable with the Center for Education and Policy Studies (PSPK) on Child Safety in the Digital Landscape on Tuesday, August 5, 2025 at 10:00–11:30 am (GMT 7).

This focused roundtable session with PSPK will discuss the latest developments in child protection policies under the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (Komdigi), particularly the upcoming ministerial regulations mandated by Government Regulation 17/2025 on the Governance of Electronic System Implementation in Child Protection.

With Komdigi now in the early stages of drafting these regulations, this session offers a timely opportunity for private sector stakeholders to engage in policy deliberations and help shape a regulatory framework that is both effective and implementable. Key topics will include platform risk classification, age group segmentation, the scope of Komdigi’s supervisory powers, and the enforcement process.

Participants will gain early insights into regulatory priorities, exchange views with peers, and contribute practical recommendations to help ensure that forthcoming rules support child safety while remaining aligned with operational realities and industry best practices.

Kindly note that the session will be closed-door and held under Chatham House Rules to promote constructive and open dialogue.
