Visa, Izin Tinggal, Fasilitas dan Kemudahan, serta Pengawasan Keimigrasian bagi Diaspora
On 7 February 2025, the Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Immigration and Corrections of the Republic of Indonesia Number 3 Year 2025 regarding Visa, Stay Permit, Facility and Facilitation, as well as Immigration Supervision for Diaspora. This regulation is stipulated to provide legal certainty in granting visa, stay permit, immigration facility and facilitation as well as implementing immigration supervision for foreigners who are former Indonesian citizens, descendants of former Indonesian citizens up to the second degree, husbands or wives of former Indonesian citizens, husbands or wives of descendants of former Indonesian citizens up to the second degree, husbands or wives of Indonesian citizens and children from a legitimate marriage between a foreigner and Indonesian citizen.
Pada tanggal 7 Februari 2025, Menteri Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Imigrasi dan Pemasyarakatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 3 Tahun 2025 tentang Visa, Izin Tinggal, Fasilitas dan Kemudahan, serta Pengawasan Keimigrasian bagi Diaspora. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dalam pemberian visa, izin tinggal, fasilitas dan kemudahan keimigrasian serta pelaksanaan pengawasan keimigrasian bagi orang asing eks warga negara Indonesia, keturunan eks warga negara Indonesia paling banyak derajat kedua, suami atau istri dari eks warga negara Indonesia, suami atau istri dari keturunan eks warga negara Indonesia paling banyak derajat kedua, suami atau istri dari warga negara Indonesia dan anak hasil perkawinan yang sah antara orang asing dengan warga negara Indonesia.
