Tata Pengelola Kapal Pengawas

On 7 March 2025, the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 Year 2025 regarding Governance of Supervisory Vessels. This regulation is stipulated to support supervision in the marine and fisheries sector using supervisory vessels and regulations regarding the governance of fisheries supervisory vessels as stipulated in Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries Number 4 Year 2021 regarding Management of Fisheries Supervisory Vessels is no longer in accordance with the development of legal needs and therefore needs to be replaced.
Pada tanggal 7 Maret 2025, Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia Nomor 8 Tahun 2025 tentang Tata Kelola Kapal Pengawas. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk mendukung pengawasan di bidang kelautan dan perikanan dengan menggunakan kapal pengawas serta pengaturan mengenai tata kelola kapal pengawas perikanan sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Nomor 4 Tahun 2021 tentang Tata Kelola Kapal Pengawas Perikanan sudah tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan kebutuhan hukum sehingga perlu diganti.
