On 20 February 2025, the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2025 regarding Implementation of Reproductive Health Endeavors. This regulation was stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 112 paragraph (7), Article 113 paragraph (3), and Article 130 of Government Regulation Number 28 Year 2024 regarding Implementing Regulation of Law Number 17 Year 2023 regarding Health.
Pada tanggal 20 Februari 2025, Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2025 tentang Penyelenggaraan Upaya Kesehatan Produksi. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 112 ayat (7), Pasal 113 ayat (3), dan Pasal 130 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 28 Tahun 2024 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan.
