As companies around the world continue to navigate restructuring and transformation, this upcoming CCC meeting will focus on workforce development in today’s evolving corporate landscape. We’ll explore best practices for equitable employment, strategies for integrating neurodivergent individuals (e.g., those with autism, ADHD, or dyslexia) into the workforce, and the importance of cultivating psychologically safe workplaces.

Featuring insights from both NGO and private sector experts, this session will showcase how businesses are embedding corporate social responsibility (CSR) into their core operations—and how the private sector can lead in shaping supportive workplace policies.
