On 24 December 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 44 Year 2024 regarding Bank Secrecy. This regulation is stipulated to update the provisions related to Bank Secrecy by taking into account the latest developments, among others, the importance of opening Bank Secrecy in the case of joint assets.
Pada tanggal 24 Desember 2024, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 44 Tahun 2024 tentang Rahasia Bank. Peraturan ini ditetapkan dengan tujuan untuk pembaharuan ketentuan terkait dengan Rahasia Bank dengan memperhatikan perkembangan kondisi terkini antara lain kepentingan pembukaan Rahasia Bank dalam kasus harta bersama.
