On 10 December 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 26 Year 2024 regarding Expansion of Banking Business Activities. This regulation is stipulated to encourage endeavors to increase the competitiveness and collaboration of the banking industry and fulfill the expectations of the community and the banking industry while still paying attention to the prudential principles.
Pada tanggal 10 Desember 2024, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 26 Tahun 2024 tentang Perluasan Kegiatan Usaha Perbankan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk mendorong upaya peningkatan daya saing dan kolaborasi industri perbankan serta memenuhi ekspektasi masyarakat maupun industri perbankan dengan tetap memperhatikan prinsip kehati-hatian.
