Penyelenggaraan Izin Pengusahaan Air Tanah dan Persetujuan Penggunaan Air Tanah
On 2 December 2024, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Indonesia stipulates Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 14 Year 2024 regarding Implementation of Groundwater Business License and Approval for the Use of Groundwater. This regulation is stipulated in the context of maintaining the sustainability of groundwater, ensuring legal certainty, and increasing effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of water resources activities in groundwater sources.
Pada tanggal 2 Desember 2024, Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral Nomor 14 Tahun 2024 tentang Penyelenggaraan Izin Pengusahaan Air Tanah dan Persetujuan Penggunaan Air Tanah. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan air tanah, menjamin kepastian hukum, dan meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan sumber daya air pada sumber air tanah.
