On 18 October 2024, the Executive Head of Banking Supervision of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Circular Letter of the Executive Head of Banking Supervision of the Financial Services Authority Number 12/SEOJK.03/2024 regarding Implementation of Governance for Rural Banks. This circular letter is stipulated to regulate further explanations regarding the implementation of good governance in Rural Banks.
Pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2024, Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Perbankan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Surat Edaran Kepala Eksekutif Pengawas Perbankan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 12/SEOJK.03/2024 tentang Penerapan Tata Kelola Bagi Bank Perekonomian Rakyat. Surat edaran tersebut ditetapkan dengan tujuan untuk mengatur penjelasan lebih lanjut mengenai penerapan tata kelola yang baik pada Bank Perekonomian Rakyat.
