Obat Ikan
On 18 October 2024, the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia Number 19 Year 2024 regarding Fish Medication to replace the regulation regarding fish medication as stipulated in MMAF Regulation Number 01/PERMEN-KP/2019 regarding Fish Medication which is no longer in accordance with legal developments and community needs. This regulation comes into effect on 28 October 2024.
Pada tanggal 18 Oktober 2024, Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia Nomor 19 Tahun 2024 tentang Obat Ikan untuk mengganti pengaturan mengenai obat ikan sebagaimana diatur di dalam Peraturan MenKP Nomor 01/PERMEN-KP/2019 tentang Obat Ikan yang sudah tidak sesuai dengan perkembangan hukum dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Peraturan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal 28 Oktober 2024.
