On 14 October 2024, the Minister of Finance stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Finance Number 81 Year 2024 regarding Taxation Provisions in the Context of the Implementation of the Core Tax Administration System. This regulation is stipulated to formulate laws and regulations in the field of taxation that are fair and have legal certainty in the context of implementing a more transparent, effective, efficient, accountable, and flexible tax administration system revamp. Through this regulation, the government stipulates procedures for the submission and processing of Tax Returns.
Pada tanggal 14 Oktober 2024, Menteri Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 81 Tahun 2024 tentang Ketentuan Perpajakan dalam Rangka Pelaksanaan Sistem Inti Administrasi Perpajakan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melakukan penataan peraturan perundang-undangan di bidang perpajakan yang berkeadilan dan berkepastian hukum dalam rangka melaksanakan pembaruan sistem administrasi perpajakan yang lebih transparan, efektif, efisien, akuntabel, dan fleksibel. Melalui peraturan ini, pemerintah menetapkan tata cara penyampaian dan pengolahan Surat Pemberitahuan.
