Implementation of Supervision and Administrative Sanctions in the Field of Environment
Penyelenggaraan Pengawasan dan Sanksi Administratif Bidang Lingkungan Hidup
On 19 September 2024, the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number 14 Year 2024 on Implementation of Supervision and Administrative Sanctions in the Field of Environment. This regulation comes into effect on 26 September 2024 by revoking and declaring null and void Regulation of the State Minister of Environment Number 7 Year 2001, Regulation of the State Minister of Environment Number 58 Year 2002, Regulation of the State Minister of Environment Number 57 Year 2002, Regulation of the State Minister of Environment Number 56 Year 2002, and Regulation of the Minister of Environment Number 2 Year 2013. This regulation was made to serve as a guideline for environmental supervision, a code of ethics for Environmental Supervisory Officers, and guidelines for environmental supervision.
Pada tanggal 19 September 2024, Menteri Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Lingkuhan Hidup dan Kehutanan Nomor 14 Tahun 2024 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pengawasan dan Sanksi Administratif Bidang Lingkungan Hidup. Peraturan ini mulai berlaku pada tanggal 26 September 2024 dengan mencabut dan menyatakan tidak berlaku Peraturan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 7 Tahun 2001, Peraturan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 58 Tahun 2002, Peraturan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 57 Tahun 2002, Peraturan Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 56 Tahun 2002, dan Peraturan Menteri Lingkungan Hidup Nomor 2 Tahun 2013. Peraturan ini dibuat untuk menjadi pedoman pengawasan Lingkungan Hidup, kode etik Pejabat Pengawas Lingkungan Hidup, dan pedoman pengawasan Lingkungan Hidup.
