We invite you to our Intellectual Property Committee meeting on Tuesday, December 10, 2024 at 10:00 – 11:30 WIB (GMT 7).

Following the issuance of Law 65/2024 revising Law 13/2016 on Patents, the meeting will review key changes and strategize future advocacy efforts. Additionally, we will address other priority issues related to intellectual property (IP), trademarks, and copyrights, including parallel importation.

Noting limited space availability, we can only accommodate 1 representative per company on a first-come first-served basis.
