Pedoman Penerbitan Sertifikat Pemenuhan Komitmen Produksi Pangan Olahan Industri Rumah Tangga

On 15 February 2024, the Head of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control stipulated Regulation of the Head of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control Number 4 Year 2024 regarding Guideline on the Issuance of Household Industry Processed Food Production Commitment Fulfillment Certificate. This regulation was stipulated to protect the public from household industry processed food that does not fulfill safety, quality, nutrition, labeling, and advertising requirements.
Pada tanggal 15 Februari 2024, Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan menetapkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 4 Tahun 2024 tentang Pedoman Penerbitan Sertifikat Pemenuhan Komitmen Produksi Pangan Olahan Industri Rumah Tangga. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melindungi masyarakat dari pangan olahan industri rumah tangga yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan keamanan, mutu, gizi, label, dan iklan.
