Management of Royalty on Secondary Use License for Copyright of Books and/or Written Works
Pengelolaan Royalti atas Lisensi Penggunaan Sekunder untuk Hak Cipta Buku dan/atau Karya Tulis Lainnya
On 12 June 2024, the Minister of Law and Human Rights stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights Number 15 Year 2024 regarding Management of Royalty on Secondary Use License for Copyright of Books and/or Other Written Works. The regulation was stipulated to regulate the implementing mechanism for the withdrawal, collection, and distribution of royalty from the physical or digital and/or virtual reproduction of book and/or other written work creations in order to provide legal certainty to the community in the reproduction of book and/or other written work creations physically or digitally and/or virtually.
Pada tanggal 12 Juni 2024, Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Nomor 15 Tahun 2024 tentang Pengelolaan Royalti atas Lisensi Penggunaan Sekunder untuk Hak Cipta Buku dan/atau Karya Tulis Lainnya. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk mengatur mekanisme pelaksanaan penarikan, penghimpunan, dan pendistribusian royalti dari penggandaan ciptaan buku dan/atau karya tulis lainnya secara fisik maupun digital dan/atau virtual guna memberikan kepastian hukum terhadap masyarakat dalam melakukan penggandaan ciptaan buku dan/atau karya tulis lainnya secara fisik maupun digital dan/atau virtual.
