Tata Cara Pengawasan dan Penanganan Perkara Kemitraan

On 27 March 2024, the Chairperson of the Indonesia Competition Commission stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Indonesia Competition Commission Number 2 Year 2024 regarding Procedures for Partnership Supervision and Case Handling. This regulation is stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 119 paragraph (3) and Article 123 of Government Regulation Number 7 Year 2021 regarding Facilitation, Protection, and Empowerment for Cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises.
Pada tanggal 27 Maret 2024, Ketua Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Komisi Pengawas Persaingan Usaha Nomor 2 Tahun 2024 tentang Tata Cara Pengawasan dan Penanganan Perkara Kemitraan. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 119 ayat (3) dan Pasal 123 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 7 Tahun 2021 tentang Kemudahan, Pelindungan, dan Pemberdayaan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah.
