Premi Program Restrukturisasi Perbankan

On 15 May 2024, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation Number 1 Year 2024 regarding Banking Restructuring Program Premium. The regulation is stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 6 paragraph (5) and Article 11 of Government Regulation Number 34 Year 2023 regarding the Amount of Portion of Premium for the Funding of Banking Restructuring Program.
Pada tanggal 15 Mei 2024, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Lembaga Penjamin Simpanan Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Premi Program Restrukturisasi Perbankan. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 6 ayat (5) dan Pasal 11 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 34 Tahun 2023 tentang Besaran Bagian Premi untuk Pendanaan Program Restrukturisasi Perbankan.
