On 13 March 2024, the Head of the Nusantara Capital City Authority stipulated Regulation of the Head of the Nusantara Capital City Authority Number 2 Year 2024 regarding Provision of Licensing Services in Nusantara Capital City. The regulation is stipulated to regulate further provisions regarding the authority of the Head of the Nusantara Capital City Authority for the provision of business licensing and non-business licensing.
Pada tanggal 13 Maret 2024, Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara menetapkan Peraturan Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara Nomor 2 Tahun 2024 tentang Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Perizinan di Ibu Kota Nusantara. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk mengatur ketentuan lebih lanjut mengenai kewenangan penyelenggaraan perizinan berusaha dan perizinan nonberusaha yang dimiliki oleh Kepala Otorita Ibu Kota Nusantara
