Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta

On 25 April 2024, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Law Number 2 Year 2024 regarding the Special Region of Jakarta Province. This law is stipulated to implement the provisions of Law Number 3 Year 2022 regarding State Capital City as amended by Law Number 21 Year 2023 regarding Amendment to Law Number 3 Year 2022 regarding State Capital City, which stipulates the relocation of the State Capital City of the Republic of Indonesia from the Special Capital City Region of Jakarta Province to Nusantara Capital City which is located in parts of the regions of North Penajam Paser and Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan Province.
Pada tanggal 25 April 2024, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Undang-Undang Nomor 2 Tahun 2024 tentang Provinsi Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Undang-undang tersebut ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Ibu Kota Negara sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 3 Tahun 2022 tentang Ibu Kota Negara, yang menetapkan pemindahan Ibu Kota Negara Republik Indonesia dari Provinsi Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta ke Ibu Kota Nusantara yang terletak di sebagian wilayah Penajam Paser Utara dan Kutai Kartanegara, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur.
