Tata Cara Pemeriksaan Keimigrasian terhadap Orang yang Masuk atau Keluar Wilayah Indonesia

On 13 March 2024, the Minister of Law and Human Rights stipulated Regulation of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number 9 Year 2024 regarding Procedure for Immigration Checking on People Entering or Exiting the Territory of Indonesia. This regulation is stipulated to implement the provisions of Article 22 of Government Regulation Number 31 Year 2013 regarding Implementing Regulation of Law Number 6 Year 2011 regarding Immigration as amended for several times, with the most recent amendment by Government Regulation Number 40 Year 2023 regarding Fourth Amendment to Government Regulation Number 31 Year 2013 regarding Implementing Regulation of Law Number 6 Year 2011 regarding Immigration.
Pada tanggal 13 Maret 2024, Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia menetapkan Peraturan Menteri Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia Nomor 9 Tahun 2024 tentang Tata Cara Pemeriksaan Keimigrasian terhadap Orang yang Masuk atau Keluar Wilayah Indonesia. Peraturan ini ditetapkan untuk melaksanakan ketentuan Pasal 22 Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 31 Tahun 2013 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian sebagaimana telah beberapa kali diubah, terakhir dengan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 40 Tahun 2023 tentang Perubahan Keempat atas Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 31 Tahun 2013 tentang Peraturan Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2011 tentang Keimigrasian.
