Layanan Digital oleh Bank Umum

Changes in community expectations of services provided by commercial banks in a fast, safe, and efficient manner have encouraged commercial banks to improve digital-based services to customers. Along with the development of digital-based services with the support of the utilization of information technology that continues to grow, there is a need for innovation space for commercial banks to continue to develop digital services in order to provide comprehensive services to customers. In relation to such matter, on 19 December 2023, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 21 Year 2023 regarding Digital Services by Commercial Banks.
Perubahan ekspektasi masyarakat terhadap layanan yang disediakan oleh bank umum secara cepat, aman, dan efisien telah mendorong bank umum untuk meningkatkan layanan berbasis digital kepada nasabah. Seiring dengan perkembangan layanan berbasis digital dengan dukungan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang terus berkembang, diperlukan ruang inovasi bagi bank umum untuk terus mengembangkan layanan digital demi memberikan layanan yang komprehensif kepada nasabah. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, pada tanggal 19 Desember 2023, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 21 Tahun 2023 tentang Layanan Digital oleh Bank Umum.
