In the context of encouraging the development of sustainability-based bonds and sukuk, on 5 October 2023, the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority stipulated Regulation of the Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 18 Year 2023 regarding Issuance and Requirements of Sustainability-Based Bonds and Sukuk.
Dalam rangka mendorong pengembangan efek bersifat utang dan sukuk berlandaskan keberlanjutan, pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2023, Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menetapkan Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 18 Tahun 2023 tentang Penerbitan dan Persyaratan Efek Bersifat Utang dan Sukuk Berlandaskan Keberlanjutan.
