On 15 September 2023, the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency stipulated Regulation of the Head of the Commodity Futures Trading Regulatory Agency Number 7 Year 2023 regarding Procedure for the Implementation of the Trading of Crude Palm Oil Physical Market at the Futures Exchange. The regulation is stipulated to regulate the implementation of the trading of Crude Palm Oil Physical Market at the Futures Exchange in the context of realizing the implementation of trading that is orderly, fair, efficient, effective, and in a fair competition environment. In addition, the regulation is also stipulated to provide legal certainty in the trading of CPO Physical Market.
Pada tanggal 15 September 2023, Kepala Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi menetapkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawas Perdagangan Berjangka Komoditi Nomor 7 Tahun 2023 tentang Tata Cara Pelaksanaan perdagangan Pasar Fisik Minyak Sawit Mentah (Crude Palm Oil) di Bursa Berjangka. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk mengatur pelaksanaan perdagangan Pasar Fisik Minyak Sawit Mentah (Crude Palm Oil) di Bursa Berjangka dalam rangka mewujudkan pelaksanaan perdagangan yang teratur, wajar, efisien, efektif, dan dalam suasana persaingan yang sehat. Selain itu, peraturan tersebut juga ditetapkan untuk memberikan kepastian hukum dalam perdagangan Pasar Fisik Minyak Sawit Mentah (Crude Palm Oil).
