Discussion Series # 2: Economic analysis in merger control & cartel

Our associate partners, Dyah Ayu Paramita and Mochamad Fachri will be joined by Dennis Beling from Compas Lexecon in the second session of our bi-monthly discussion where we will discuss the economic aspects of merger control and cartel enforcement as well as practical approach in anticipating and addressing competition concerns in several business arrangements (e.g. exclusivity, pricing) and how to navigate these issues. We will also briefly discuss the recent development on KPPU leadership selection and what it would mean to future enforcement.
