Regulations on Carbon Exchange Service Users and the Supervision of Trading through Carbon Exchange
Peraturan Pengguna Jasa Bursa Karbon dan Pengawasan Perdagangan melalui Bursa Karbon
On 20 September 2023, the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange stipulated Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number KEP-00297/BEI/09-2023 regarding Regulation on Carbon Exchange Service Users and Decision of the Board of Directors of the Indonesia Stock Exchange Number KEP-00298/BEI/09-2023 regarding Regulation on the Supervision of Trading through Carbon Exchange. These decisions are stipulated by the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the context of carrying out its obligation as a Carbon Exchange Operator to formulate regulations on service users, traded Carbon Units, as well as trading and trading supervision as set out in Regulation of the Board of Commissioners of the Financial Services Authority Number 14 Year 2023 regarding Carbon Trading through Carbon Exchange.
Pada tanggal 20 September 2023, Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia menetapkan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor KEP-00297/BEI/09-2023 tentang Peraturan Pengguna Jasa Bursa Karbon dan Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor KEP-00298/BEI/09-2023 tentang Peraturan Pengawasan Perdagangan melalui Bursa Karbon. Keputusan-keputusan tersebut ditetapkan oleh PT Bursa Efek Indonesia dalam rangka melaksanakan kewajibannya sebagai Penyelenggara Bursa Karbon untuk membuat peraturan tentang pengguna jasa, Unit Karbon yang diperdagangkan, serta perdagangan dan pengawasan perdagangan sebagaimana dimuat dalam Peraturan Ketua Dewan Komisioner Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 14 Tahun 2023 tentang Perdagangan Karbon melalui Bursa Karbon.
