Kriteria dan Tata Laksana Registrasi Obat Kuasi

On 3 March 2023, the Head of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control stipulated Regulation of the Head of the National Agency of Drug and Food Control Number 7 Year 2023 regarding Criteria and Administrative Procedure for the Registration of Quasi-Drugs. The regulation is stipulated to regulate the standards and/or requirements for safety, efficacy, and quality of quasi-drugs in the context of protecting the community from quasi-drugs that do not fulfill safety, efficacy, and quality requirements.
Pada tanggal 3 Maret 2023, Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan menetapkan Peraturan Kepala Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 7 Tahun 2023 tentang Kriteria dan Tata Laksana Registrasi Obat Kuasi. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk mengatur standar dan/atau persyaratan keamanan, khasiat, dan mutu obat kuasi dalam rangka melindungi masyarakat dari obat kuasi yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan keamanan, khasiat, dan mutu.
