Pedoman Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual di Tempat Kerja

On 29 May 2023, the Minister of Manpower stipulated Decision of the Minister of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 88 Year 2023 regarding Guideline on Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in the Workplace. The decision stipulates the Guideline on Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in the Workplace which was formulated as a reference in the implementation of prevention and handling of sexual violence in the workplace, especially for entrepreneurs/companies, workers/laborers, trade unions/labor unions, and other related parties in the workplace, as well as the Ministry of Manpower and service offices that administer government affairs in the field of manpower at the provincial/regency/city level.
Pada tanggal 29 Mei 2023, Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia menetapkan Keputusan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 88 Tahun 2023 tentang Pedoman Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual di Tempat Kerja. Keputusan tersebut menetapkan Pedoman Pencegahan dan Penanganan Kekerasan Seksual di Tempat Kerja yang disusun sebagai acuan dalam pelaksanaan pencegahan dan penanganan kekerasan seksual di tempat kerja terutama bagi pengusaha/perusahaan, pekerja/buruh, serikat pekerja/serikat buruh, dan pihak terkait lainnya di tempat kerja, serta Kementerian Ketenagakerjaan dan dinas yang menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan di bidang ketenagakerjaan provinsi/kabupaten/kota.
