On 30 December 2022, the President of the Republic of Indonesia stipulated Government Regulation in Lieu of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 2 Year 2022 regarding Job Creation. The regulation is stipulated to adjust various regulatory aspects on job creation, among others, related to the facilitation, protection, and empowerment for Cooperatives and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises. The adjustment is made through amendment to sectoral laws that do not yet support the realization of synchronization in guaranteeing the acceleration of job creation.

Pada tanggal 30 Desember 2022, Presiden Republik Indonesia menetapkan Peraturan Pemerintah Pengganti Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Cipta Kerja. Peraturan tersebut ditetapkan untuk menyesuaikan berbagai aspek pengaturan tentang cipta kerja, di antaranya terkait kemudahan, pelindungan, dan pemberdayaan Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah. Penyesuaian tersebut dilakukan melalui perubahan undang-undang sektor yang belum mendukung terwujudnya sinkronisasi dalam menjamin percepatan cipta kerja.
