This webinar compares the bar admission requirements and procedures in three jurisdictions outside Indonesia: the United States of America with a focus on California, Australia and the Netherlands. The speakers will examine how each country regulates the practice of law, what the requirements are for the admission to the practice of law in each country, whether there are multiple bar associations or a single bar association and legal education requirements for aspiring lawyers. The webinar will also focus on continuing legal education requirements, specialization rules and how the bar associations go about administering their conflicts of interest rules.
