Dr. H. Mastuki, M. Ag.

Acting Head of the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH)

Dr. H. Mastuki, M. Ag currently serves as the interim head of the Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH). In addition to the position, he is also the Head of Halal Registration and Certification within the BPJPH.

Dr. Mastuki has built an expertise in Islamic affairs for decades. He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in education or tarbiyah from Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University (IAIN) and his Doctoral Degree in Islamic Studies from the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University (UIN Syahid) in 2008.

His career in civil service started in 1997. Prior to becoming the Head of Halal Registration and Certification at BPJPH, Dr. Mastuki has hold several prominent positions within the Ministry of Religious Affairs, including: Head of the Organizational and Partnerships Section, Directorate of Diniyah Education and Islamic Boarding School; Head of the Academics and Student Affairs Directorate, Directorate of Islamic Higher Education; Head of the Organizational Sub-directorate, Directorate of Islamic Higher Education; and Head of the Public Relations, Data and Information Bureau at the Secretariat-General of the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

Hj. Siti Aminah, M.Pd.I

Head of the Center for Cooperation and Halal Standardization

Ibu Siti Aminah previously served as the Head of the Center for Halal Product Assurance and Supervision at the BPJPH, and was recently inaugurated as the Head of the Center for Cooperation and Halal Standardization at the BPJPH in May 2021.

She received her master’s degree in Islamic Education from the Universitas Islam Jakarta in 2010. She recently spoke at the Halal Beauty Expo 2021, encouraging entrepreneurs to be halal certified and receive the halal logo to increase the credibility of their branded products.

Dr. Subandriyah

Coordinator for Cooperation

Ibu Subandriyah currently serves as the Coordinator for Cooperation at BPJPH and was inaugurated in 2017.

As coordinator for cooperation, she has taken part in discussions with foreign government institutions such as the Agriculture and Agri-food Canada, socialization of the halal certification process with the government of Belarus, and even took part in the delegation for the 17th ASEAN Working Group on Halal Food (AWGHF).
