HUMAN RESOURCES COMMITTEE VIRTUAL MEETING: COVID-19 MITIGATION PLAN AND VACCINATION

Dear AmCham Members & Friends, We have been battling Covid-19 and it's global impact for more than a year.

The pandemic ushered in an era of shutdowns, hybrid work, and reversals, like the one some regions are experiencing now as variants bring renewed surges in case counts. Adjustments are made to ensure everyone’s safety and business continuation.

Companies are starting to make preparations for their employees to return to the office full-time, citing the promises of more collaboration and better productivity. However, the latest survey by Harvard Business Review in the US reveals more than 40% of employees would start looking for another job or quit immediately if ordered to return to the office full time. Will the situation be the same in Indonesia?

For our next committee meeting, we would like to invite all AmCham members and friends to hear from our speakers and share how each respective company mitigate through the pandemic. We also welcome you to share how “the new normal” is being implemented in your company.
