The Government of #Indonesia has issued implementing regulations for the Job Creation Law (Law No. 11 of 2020). Specifically, for the manpower sector, there are several new regulations in place. For the final series of policy dialogue, EuroCham Indonesia, in collaboration with SSEK, will host a discussion on Government Regulation No. 37 of 2021 (GR 37/2021) about the Implementation of Job Loss Security Program.

As the first scheme of unemployment benefit, the regulation sets out on the arrangement of the Job Loss Security Program, ranging from the terms and conditions applied; source of contribution to the program, until the benefit of the program.
